For Humana Gold Plus Patients
We know there has been some confusion regarding our status with Humana Gold Plus. Please be assured:

 

• Our current contract remains active through the end of 2025

• The recent notices you may have received are the result of WellMed choosing to terminate their contract, which affects how Humana Gold Plus manages certain provider relationships.
   

We are actively pursuing a new direct contract and are confident it will be in place by 01/01/2026, ensuring no lapse in patient care.
