Getting started at Mercy Wellness Clinic is straightforward. Here is what to know before your first appointment.

What Happens at Your First Visit

Your provider will review your health history and any current concerns, conduct a physical exam, check your vital signs, and work with you on a care plan. Most first visits take 30 to 45 minutes.

Mercy Wellness Clinic works with most major insurance carriers including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, TRICARE, Medicare, and Medicaid. Not sure if your plan is covered? Email billing@mercywellnessclinic.com or call 830-438-9300 before your visit and our team will verify your coverage.

Telemedicine

If you cannot come in, same-day telemedicine is available Monday through Friday. Extended telemedicine appointments are also available Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Call 830-438-9300 to schedule a virtual visit.
