Dr. Terry earned his Doctor of Medicine degree and has served in the United States Air Force through both active-duty and Reserve service. His experience in military medicine, emergency care, and family practice gives him a broad clinical perspective that shapes the thoughtful, comprehensive care he provides at Mercy Wellness Clinic.
His commitment to compassionate care became deeply personal in 2005 with the birth of his first daughter, Adison Mercy Terry, whose middle name inspired the clinic’s name. Addie was born with cri du chat syndrome and partial trisomy, and her journey has included both joyful milestones and difficult surgeries and procedures. Walking alongside her has given Dr. Terry a lasting understanding of what patients and families experience during complex medical care.
That perspective became the foundation for Mercy Wellness Clinic. Dr. Terry founded the practice in 2018 to provide compassionate, relationship-focused primary care to Spring Branch, Alamo Ranch, and the surrounding North San Antonio communities. He is currently accepting new patients at both clinic locations.
