Aaron Terry, MD

After residency, Dr. Terry served for 4 years in the Air Force as a Family Practice Physician and a Flight Surgeon. He separated honorably after serving his country and the airmen who keep us safe. Since then, he has been working Emergency Room medicine and in April 2018 he opened his own private practice, Mercy Wellness Clinic. He has a unique skill set that allows him to take care of almost any medical issue from the most common to the most critical. Dr. Terry loves to teach and will often have medical students including Nurse Practitioner and PA students.

Kelley Le Noir, FNP-C

Kelley Le Noir knew at a young age that she wanted to help others and try to make a difference in people’s lives. Through encouragement from her husband, she decided to pursue a career in nursing. Kelley spent a brief stent on a medical surgical with oncology overflow at a local hospital, right out of nursing school. She then transferred to the Emergency Department where her true passion for nursing was realized. After nearly ten years in nursing, Kelley completed her master’s degree. Kelley met Dr. Terry during her last clinical semester in 2019 and was hired after graduation to become the third Nurse Practitioner to join the practice. Kelley loves developing positive patient/provider relationships that enable her to provide the excellent patient focused care and advocacy that are a part of MWC mission. Kelley received an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from San Antonio College. She then pursued her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, Arlington. Kelley is married with three daughters ranging from thirteen to four years of age. She enjoys her family time immensely, playing with their dog, hedgehog, and guinea pigs. On evenings off she can be found playing card games with her parents. Kelley loves traveling, listening to live music, reading, gardening, and spending time with friends.

Jose Daniel Rodrigues, FNP-C

Daniel grew up in Portugal, where he obtained his nursing degree in 2011. In 2012, he moved to England, and lived there for 6 years, before moving to San Antonio in 2018. He has had a very broad career as an RN, working in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Pulmonology, Hyperacute Care, and Cardiology. Daniel got hired after completing his MSN clinical rotations at Mercy Wellness Clinic and has been with the clinic since July 2022. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife and son, as well as keeping in touch with close friends from Portugal and the UK. He is also a true history nerd and loves a good book or documentary about historical events. He also loves traveling, and has visited many countries in Europe, as well as Turkey and Israel, always trying to live the local experience, which is made easier by the fact he speaks five languages. He also identifies as a Scout and lives his life emulating the example of his idol, Sir Robert Baden-Powell, trying to make the world a little better than he found it and seeking happiness in helping others reach happiness.

Jennifer Lopez, FNP-C 

Jennifer Lopez is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who cares for patients of all ages. She has over 20 years of nursing experience, including 17 years as an Emergency Room Nurse and Emergency Department Educator at Memorial Hermann in Houston. She started at Mercy Wellness in 2020 as a Nurse Practitioner student with Dr. Terry. She feels very blessed to have continued on here once she graduated and obtained her license. Jennifer was born and raised in Texas and is so glad to be back in the Central Texas area. She really loves the people here and enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them and their families attain their optimal level of health and happiness. When not at work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her teenage son and attending all of his sports activities. She also enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, doing just about anything outside, listening to live music, and being with her 3 dogs. Jennifer is looking forward to meeting you and earning the opportunity to care for you and your family’s needs.

Hannah Kalantari, FNP-C

Hannah Kalantari grew up in San Antonio and attended the University of the Incarnate Word for her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She worked as an Emergency Room nurse for seven years while working towards her Master of Science in Nursing. While in grad school she and her husband welcomed their son. During her pregnancy, Hannah had gestational diabetes which has made her more passionate about diabetes, education and management. She completed clinicals with Dr. Terry at Mercy Wellness in 2019 and has been working for him ever since. She strives to provide quality care and make her patients feel comfortable and heard while not feeling overwhelmed or judged. She truly believes that it is never too late to take control of your health and there's no act too small to make positive changes. Hannah is our full time provider in our Boerne location.

Jamie Morris, FNP-C

Jamie Morris was the first Family Nurse Practitioner hired by Dr. Terry after following him as a student for a year. Jamie has over 7 years of Emergency Room nursing experience and has a special interest in women’s health. Jamie is our full time provider in our Alamo Ranch location.

John Spencer Scott, FNP-C

Spencer Scott is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is committed to

compassionate care for his patients. He has been blessed and supported by his loving wife

and four children to pursue his dream of becoming a community-based family clinician here

in Spring Branch. He began his healthcare career 14 years ago as an EMT-basic

progressing to Licensed Paramedic. Spencer then graduated with distinction from Texas

Tech University with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and spent his nursing career with

the intent of becoming a well-rounded provider. He has worked as a neonatal intensive care

nurse, emergency room nurse, private duty nurse for special needs children, and as a

critical care/911 flight nurse/flight paramedic. Spencer completed a majority of his student

clinical rotations with Mercy Wellness and graduated with distinction from University of

Texas at Houston with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2023. Spencer loves the outdoors

and he and his family spend much of their free time raising chickens, fishing, hunting, and

paddle boarding.

Michelle Hanssen, FNP-C

Michelle Hanssen is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner committed to assisting

patients of all ages in achieving and maintaining optimal health. She graduated with her

baccalaureate of Nursing from the University of Calgary in Canada and has continued

her nursing career by completing her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner

through University of Texas Arlington. Michelle has nursed in many rural and urban settings within Canada since 2002 in a variety of care areas. She then traveled south and has continued her career working for multiple healthcare systems within San Antonio as an emergency department nurse since 2011. Michelle completed her MSN clinical rotations at Mercy Wellness and was

blessed with the opportunity to continue her compassionate care and join the Mercy

Wellness family. She and her husband are often out enjoying hiking and exploring the hill country in their downtime. Michelle endeavors to promote an environment of comfort, take time to listen to your individual needs and work with you toward achieving your health goals.
