Aaron Terry, MD
After residency, Dr. Terry served for 4 years in the Air Force as a Family Practice Physician and a Flight Surgeon. He separated honorably after serving his country and the airmen who keep us safe. Since then, he has been working Emergency Room medicine and in April 2018 he opened his own private practice, Mercy Wellness Clinic. He has a unique skill set that allows him to take care of almost any medical issue from the most common to the most critical. Dr. Terry loves to teach and will often have medical students including Nurse Practitioner and PA students.

Joel Dow, DO
Dr. Dow moved to San Antonio 3 years ago after having lived in Austin for almost 15 years. He has worked in the emergency department for the past 18 years, and also enjoys the pace, relationships, and continuity of care found in family practice. His free time is spent playing with his kids, building castles, pillow forts, and Star Wars themed playroom, mixed in with plenty of swimming. He also enjoys mountain biking, kayaking, and rock climbing. Adventure runs in his blood. Dr. Dow has spent time cycling in Spain, New Zealand, Wales, and Mongolia, as well as kayaking through Southern Chile. Some of his greatest travels have been mountaineering in the Cascades, the Tetons, Denali, and Patagonia. Be careful asking about his kids or his adventures, unless you have a little time on your hands.

Kelley Le Noir, FNP-C
Kelley Le Noir knew at a young age that she wanted to help others and try to make a difference in people’s lives. Through encouragement from her husband, she decided to pursue a career in nursing. Kelley spent a brief stent on a medical surgical with oncology overflow at a local hospital, right out of nursing school. She then transferred to the Emergency Department where her true passion for nursing was realized. After nearly ten years in nursing, Kelley completed her master’s degree. Kelley met Dr. Terry during her last clinical semester in 2019 and was hired after graduation to become the third Nurse Practitioner to join the practice. Kelley loves developing positive patient/provider relationships that enable her to provide the excellent patient focused care and advocacy that are a part of MWC mission. Kelley received an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from San Antonio College. She then pursued her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, Arlington. Kelley is married with three daughters ranging from thirteen to four years of age. She enjoys her family time immensely, playing with their dog, hedgehog, and guinea pigs. On evenings off she can be found playing card games with her parents. Kelley loves traveling, listening to live music, reading, gardening, and spending time with friends.

Bradley Miller, PA-C
Bradley Miller grew up here in San Antonio, in the Stone Oak area. He has always been an avid learner and teacher. He got the medical bug while in the PhD program for Immunology and Infectious Disease at UTSA. He ended up leaving to pursue a career as a PA, and it has been one of the greatest decisions of his life. Bradley loves to be able to give back to, help, and teach his patients about their own health and how to navigate safely through the rough roads of illness. His lovely wife Rachel has supported him through many years of schooling at BYU, UTSA, and Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. They have 2 furry children, a black lab and another large mutt who they take hiking regularly. He is a movie buff, and a big Star Wars, LOTR, Harry Potter, and Marvel fan. Reading is his passion, and his favorite author is Brandon Sanderson. He will be happy to "nerd-out" (as his wife calls it) with you if you are a fan as well. Bradley loves to play volleyball, pickleball, racquetball, go disc-golfing, and hiking at Texas State Parks. He aspires to travel and go to every continent, for the beauty of this world, but also for the food. He’s a sucker for good food! Bradley loves to laugh and to crack dad-jokes.

Hannah Kalantari, FNP-C
Hannah Kalantari grew up in San Antonio and attended the University of the Incarnate Word for her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She worked as an Emergency Room nurse for seven years while working towards her Master of Science in Nursing. While in grad school she and her husband welcomed their son. During her pregnancy, Hannah had gestational diabetes which has made her more passionate about diabetes, education and management. She completed clinicals with Dr. Terry at Mercy Wellness in 2019 and has been working for him ever since. She strives to provide quality care and make her patients feel comfortable and heard while not feeling overwhelmed or judged. She truly believes that it is never too late to take control of your health and there's no act too small to make positive changes. Hannah is our full time provider in our Boerne location.

Jamie Morris, FNP-C
Jamie Morris was the first Family Nurse Practitioner hired by Dr. Terry after following him as a student for a year. Jamie has over 7 years of Emergency Room nursing experience and has a special interest in women’s health. Jamie is our full time provider in our Alamo Ranch location.
