Aaron Terry, MD

After residency, Dr. Terry served for 4 years in the Air Force as a Family Practice Physician and a Flight Surgeon. He separated honorably after serving his country and the airmen who keep us safe. Since then, he has been working Emergency Room medicine and in April 2018 he opened his own private practice, Mercy Wellness Clinic. He has a unique skill set that allows him to take care of almost any medical issue from the most common to the most critical. Dr. Terry loves to teach and will often have medical students including Nurse Practitioner and PA students.

Kelley Le Noir, FNP-C

Kelley Le Noir knew at a young age that she wanted to help others and try to make a difference in people’s lives. Through encouragement from her husband, she decided to pursue a career in nursing. Kelley spent a brief stent on a medical surgical with oncology overflow at a local hospital, right out of nursing school. She then transferred to the Emergency Department where her true passion for nursing was realized. After nearly ten years in nursing, Kelley completed her master’s degree. Kelley met Dr. Terry during her last clinical semester in 2019 and was hired after graduation to become the third Nurse Practitioner to join the practice. Kelley loves developing positive patient/provider relationships that enable her to provide the excellent patient focused care and advocacy that are a part of MWC mission. Kelley received an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from San Antonio College. She then pursued her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas, Arlington. Kelley is married with three daughters ranging from thirteen to four years of age. She enjoys her family time immensely, playing with their dog, hedgehog, and guinea pigs. On evenings off she can be found playing card games with her parents. Kelley loves traveling, listening to live music, reading, gardening, and spending time with friends.

Theresa Mund, FNP-C

Theresa Mund is a Board-Certified family nurse practitioner. She attended Schreiner University for her Undergraduate in nursing and then went on to get her Master of Science in family nurse practitioner from Graceland University. She worked for Methodist Healthcare as an emergency department nurse for 10 years prior to completing her MSN. She also moonlighted as a PRN nurse at a pediatric ER, and a small ER within a physician-owned hospital in San Antonio, which inspired her drive and passion to become a family nurse practitioner. She was recognized as Nurse of The Year in 2020 by the Greater San Antonio Emergency Physician Group, for her commitment to excellence. Theresa and her husband Aaron live in Boerne with their 2 girls Amara and Lila. They also share their home with their dog, bunny rabbit, cat and chickens. As a family they love cooking meals at home together, bike riding around their town, playing games and swimming. They also love spending time at their family ranch in Doss, TX. Theresa’s passion is to help you as a patient obtain optimal health, and she realizes that there is no “one size fits all” approach to reach this goal! She looks forward to providing you excellent care by taking the time to listen to your goals and helping you reach a health plan that fits your specific needs.

Jose Daniel Rodrigues, FNP-C

Daniel grew up in Portugal, where he obtained his nursing degree in 2011. In 2012, he moved to England, and lived there for 6 years, before moving to San Antonio in 2018. He has had a very broad career as an RN, working in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Pulmonology, Hyperacute Care, and Cardiology. Daniel got hired after completing his MSN clinical rotations at Mercy Wellness Clinic and has been with the clinic since July 2022. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife and son, as well as keeping in touch with close friends from Portugal and the UK. He is also a true history nerd and loves a good book or documentary about historical events. He also loves traveling, and has visited many countries in Europe, as well as Turkey and Israel, always trying to live the local experience, which is made easier by the fact he speaks five languages. He also identifies as a Scout and lives his life emulating the example of his idol, Sir Robert Baden-Powell, trying to make the world a little better than he found it and seeking happiness in helping others reach happiness.

Hannah Kalantari FNP-c Mercy Wellness Clinic.JPG

Hannah Kalantari, FNP-C

Hannah Kalantari grew up in San Antonio and attended the University of the Incarnate Word for her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She worked as an Emergency Room nurse for seven years while working towards her Master of Science in Nursing. While in grad school she and her husband welcomed their son. During her pregnancy, Hannah had gestational diabetes which has made her more passionate about diabetes, education and management. She completed clinicals with Dr. Terry at Mercy Wellness in 2019 and has been working for him ever since. She strives to provide quality care and make her patients feel comfortable and heard while not feeling overwhelmed or judged. She truly believes that it is never too late to take control of your health and there's no act too small to make positive changes. Hannah is our full time provider in our Boerne location.

Jamie Morris, FNP-C

Jamie Morris was the first Family Nurse Practitioner hired by Dr. Terry after following him as a student for a year. Jamie has over 7 years of Emergency Room nursing experience and has a special interest in women’s health. Jamie is our full time provider in our Alamo Ranch location.
